GBF's Ritz Bitz
GC White Rivers Arden (4 legs) x GBF's Andra
Proven Orange Sr. Buck.
Ritz will help to improve the type and ear placement, while supplying additional rufous modifiers.
Genotype: AaB_C_D_ee

Proven Cream Sr. Buck.
Columbus has a wider crown then Ritz does (but Ritz has a better shoulder), so I will use him now and then to help bring the ears down (hopefully). I'm not sure how the dilute gene affects the rufus modifiers, if at all.
Genotype: AaB_Ccddee
Proven Broken Red Sr. Buck.
Trinidad has really developed a beautiful rufous red color. He has the coolest broken pattern on him - booted on the front with like white bib. Very unusual. Trinidad's crown is terribly tight, so I'll have to be careful in using him.
Genotype: A_B?CcD_ee w ++++. Possibly carries chocolate from his sire.
Proven Red Sr. Doe.
Capsaicin is a really nice looking red doe. Her ears lop and she has decent type. Excellent mom.
Genotype: Aa BB CC D_ ee ww
Proven Black Sr. Doe.
It was not my intent to introduce the shaded gene into this project, as Dusty was supposed to have been a chocolate. But, he actually turned out to be a Seal (al beit - he does look chocolate). Hopefully, I can eliminate this gene through breeding.
Genotype: aaB_Cc(chl)DdEe w
Solid Red Sr. Doe.
DOB: 11 Dec 2009. Very nice rufous on her. She too has a very tight crown like her brother Trinidad. Trying to get her bred.
Genotype: A_B?CcD_ee w ++++. Possibly carries chocolate from her sire.
Orange Jr. Does & Buck.
DOB: 31 Mar 2010. I've kept (for now) two does and 1 buck out of this litter of 6 kits. Taber did help bring the ears down on these guys, so I'm happy about that. Sandia and Pimento are the does; Nardello is the buck.
Genotypes: AaB_C_D_ee w +++.
DOB: 15 July 2010.
GBF's Trinidad (Broken Red) x GBF's Carmen (Black). 4 kits. 1 black, 1 broken black, 1 tort and 1 broken orange. Trinidad and Carmen both carry the wide band gene; hoping the wide-band gene paired up in one of these kits - preferably the orange one!
